Crystallise Ltd is seeking a senior Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) professional to take ownership of our literature review capability and play a key role in building our health economic modelling offer. This is a leadership role with real autonomy, direct client influence, and a clear pathway to Head of HEOR within three years. You will lead our established Reviews team, deliver high-quality systematic reviews and/or economic models for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, and help shape innovative, technology-enabled approaches to evidence synthesis. This role suits someone who wants visible impact, strategic influence, and the opportunity to grow a function rather than operate within a large, layered consultancy.
